Oracle 12c cloud dba activities

Hi All,

I am working in Oracle 11.2.My client plan to move Oracle 12.2.

I know something about CDB and PDB in oracle 12c. But not aware about Oracle Cloud concept or cloud concept.

I would like to know oracle cloud.

1,How oracle cloud is differ from other oracle version's 11.2 or 11.1 or 10.2. For ex Creating user at cdb level or creating user at pdb level

2,Can anyone list out cloud dba activities?

Please help me.
