Oracle 12C Change Data Capture

Hi,

Currently , i have Production Database in Oracle 10g and they will need to migrate it to Oracle 12c.

In oracle 10G , there are using Change Data Capture Functionality.

So CDC functionality , is it working or supported in oracle 12c?

Can you please let me know?
