I'm working with an application virtualization technology from Citrix called AppLayering (formally Unidesk). During its sequencing process it creates a non domain joined system that has a local user with administrative rights to perform installs. When i try to install the 32bit 12C client runtime it stops at 7% and in the installer logs it says Loading Products. When i join this machine to a domain and run the install as the domain user (who has rights to install) the installer works with no other changes.
anyone got an idea on why this would be?
