Oracle 12.2 RAC database Creation error

Hi,

I am trying to create two node RAC(12.2) database on RHEL-7.5. But during database creation I am getting error "Recovery Manager Failed to restore datafiles".

I have also installed the latest patch but getting the same error.

Database and Grid version 12.2
