Oracle 11i Modules, that support MLS (Korean)

Hello All,

I am after some documentation to show me the Multilingual Support in Oracle Apps 11i Modules (Korean). I was wondering, if one could do a implementation in one language and Oracle translates it to a different language. i.e. Can i implement Oracle 11i in china or korea, with out the knowledge of local languages?.

I would apprecatiate, if anybody could share some documentation or point me in the right direction. All help would be greatly appreciated.
