Oracle 11gR2 install on W7/x64

I am trying to install the 11.2.0.0 client on a Windows & x64 machine. It is stuck now for 15 minutes on "copying files for 'Oracle Notification Service' With a progress bar ar 65%, and not moving. What does one do?
