Oracle 11gr2 Extended Support Cost?

HI,

I know that the first year of extended support costs were waived (Until Feb 1, 2016), but what of the cost of extended support after that? Is it 10% because it's the first year of paying for extended support or is it 20% since this is technically the second year of extended support?
