Oracle 11g Web Application Server Enterprise Manager 7001/em is not opening in Web Browser

hi,

I had installed Oracle 11g Forms and Reports with WebLogic server.

I am try to open “Enterprise Manager” with this address "http://serverip:7001/em " in web browser but its not working.

Whenever I restart the server its working but after some time browser keep searching with this address.

For access the EM I need to restart sever always, After restart its works but after some time its same…..
