Oracle 11g SOA Suite Handbook source code is incomplete

When I open the relevant page ie: http://10743197436871495085-a-g.googlegroups.com/web/Chapter9_step1_consumePatientDetailsChangeEvents.zip , I get every time the message:

"The page you navigated to does not exist." due to broken links.

I have already sent a message to the author L. Jellema asking to upload the source code zipped to a single file to a site such as: ie http://www.sendspace.com/

many days ago, without any reply.

Does anyone else know where to find the complete source code?

Would any of the co authors of the book: Lonneke Dikmans, Ronald van Luttikhuizen and Edwin Biemond, be so kind to inform the author to upload a single archive file containing all the source code?
