Oracle 11g R2 with ASM on Hitachi VSP SAN

Hello everyone.

We are considering to implement Oracle Linux 6.x (UEK) 64-bit X86_64 running Oracle 11g R2 (11.2.0.3+) Enterprise Edition database with Oracle ASM/Grid 11g R2 on top of Hitachi SAN, VSP.

We may (or may not!!) use Oracle RAC/One Node and Data Guard.

We are also considering to use the Hitachi "fast" database backup/restore products (copy-on-write snapshots, clones, HuR and ISR).

I am looking for any Hitachi SAN Oracle tips, battle wounds, experiences, traps, web links, opinions, comments - good, bad and ugly.
