Oracle 11g R2 extracting download files

Hello,

I am trying to install Oracle 11g on windows 7 64bit. During the installation I get various messages telling me that components, files are missing. I just click continue and keep going. However, Oracle is not being installed correctly.

Is there a proper way to download and extract the files before running setup.

Please advise.
