Oracle 11g R2 EM runs with Certificate Error on Internet Explorer 8

I have successfully installed Oracle 11g R2 on WIndows Server 2003. When I run Oracle 11g R2 EM on Internet Explorer 8, then it shows Certificate Error.
However, if it is run under Google's Chrome, it runs OK.

What has happened? Any hints are welcome.
