Oracle 11g Installation in windows, Error:specified home was not found in registry

Hi Gurus,

i have installed 11gr2 on windows server 2012 , due to some constraints i deinstalled oracle 11g software,

again i tried to install 11gr2 , but was getting error as "ORA-12543: TNS:destination host unreachable"

after getting this error, i have removed all oracle registries. now am trying to install oracle 11gr2.

after 88% am getting error "specified home was not found in registry" .
