ORACLE 11g: How to identify obsolete tables?

Hey!

Time to get rid of obsolete tables...

How to get calendar date when each database table has been either last modified or last selected from ?

the ALL_TAB_MODIFICATIONS contains column TIMESTAMP showing only last modfication.
but this view only shows me 90 of over 500 database tables.

Need it know it all!
