Oracle 11g How to Disable AAM

Good morning ...

I have a DB 11g installed on Windows 2012 64bit and after a few days the db deals with all the server memory, how can I disable the occupation or limit the threshold?

I have a db with MEMORY_TARGET and I want to disable it, but I do not know the passages, can anybody point me to them?
