Oracle 11G demobld.sql script(s)...

ji liOct 29 2008 — edited Oct 29 2008
I have been asked by a coworker to install the demo tables that Oracle used to provide (e.g., scott/tiger HR, EMPL, and other tables, but I don't seem to be able to find the demobld.sql script in the old location ($OH/sqlplus/demo).

Does Oracle still provide a simple demo for developers and such to learn SQL?

Also, I used to have an old Oracle book (probably from Oracle 7) that gave excellent examples of using the demo tables owned by scott.
This book was actually written by Oracle and probably given out to me at one of the old Oracle 7 SQL training classes.
Does anyone know if anything like this exist for Oracle 11G.

So far, I've only found scripts under $OH/rdbms/demo, but I'm not sure which scripts to run, or in which order.

Thanks in advance for your help.
