Oracle 11g database Install on Redhat 6.4 32bit - TNSLSNR issue

Please help me on this issues,

I am trying to Install 11g 32bit database on Redhat ES6.4 linux, Installation was completed successfully. But not able to connect to database. trying to start TNS listeners getting failed.

Note: on Windows 7 64 bit systems installed VMware workstation 10 and guest system is Redhat ES 6.4 32 bit

While installing 11g database, net configuration got failed, retried and it went successfully.

lsnrctl start DEVL

TNSLSNR for Linux: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production

System parameter file is /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/network/admin/listener.ora

Log messages written to /u01/app/oracle/diag/tnslsnr/localhost/devl/alert/log.xml

TNS-01151: Missing listener name, DEVL, in LISTENER.ORA

Listener failed to start. See the error message(s) above...
