Oracle 11g client on Windows 2008 for .NET 4.0 Framework

I successfully installed, and can use, the 11g client for my ASP.NET apps for .NET 4.0 Framework and below on my Windows 7 box. However, I cannot for the life of me get the ODP.NET 4.x dll to install on my server. When I publish my site I get an error that I am trying to use a more recent version of Oracle.DataAccess then the one installed on the server.
