Oracle 11g Client 32 And 64 bits - Install Type: Runtime - Not Showing In Win 7 Control Panel

Hello,

I installed Oracle 11g Client 32 And 64 bits (Install Type: Runtime) but when I open (Win 7 Enterprise SP1) Control Panel list of programs, there's nothing for Oracle there. Why is this? Is the Client supposed to appear or not?
