Oracle 11g Application Server

I've installed/used Oracle App Server 10g in the past. I was trying to install it on a Windows 2008 Version 6.0 box and it fails. I'm trying to find Oracle Application Server 11g hoping it will work on Windows 6.0 but I'm having trouble finding it. Is it included in the Fusion Middleware?
If not, can someone provide a link for download?
