Hi all
We use Oracle 11g on windows 2012 64 Bit Server.
We experience that many times we find following oracle service running
\app\administrator\product\11.2.0\db_home_1\perl\bin\perl.exe
That servicre takes substantial CPU resources. After some time, it automatically get stopped and then again runs and stops.
We also experience, during that period ->Oracle response reduces.
We wish to know the purpose of this service and whether we need to take any step to disable that service
