Oracle 11.2.0.4 installation on OEL 7 encounters error in invoking target 'agent nmhs' of makefile

Iam trying to install oracle 11.2.0.4 on OEL 7, encountering the below error:

Error in invoking target 'agent nmhs' of makefile '/home/vmraghav/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/db_1/sysman/lib/ins_emagent.mk'. See '/home/vmraghav/oraInventory/logs/installActions2015-01-20_09-34-12PM.log' for details

All the required rpm's are installed before starting the installation. Followed (ORACLE-BASE - Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2) Installation On Oracle Linux 7 (OL7))

Let me know how to get rid of this error iam seeing.
