Hi
When i tried to log into the Oracle EM on the web browser, it prompted me for system credentials. After logging in using windows administrator user name and password, it reported that the database is down.
However, the database is running and i can access it using sqlplus. How can i get the EM to correctly show the current status? In the first pic, the task manager shows the listener is running and instance is running.
please help.
