Hello, I am hoping that somebody can help me.
I have tried to upgrade an Oracle 11.2.0.3 database to 11.2.0.4 by using the following method
Install 11.2.0.4 binaries
Use the DBUA from the 11.2.0.4 Oracle Home location
Upgrade the 11.2.0.3 database
The above seemed to be going fine, in that it didnt give any errors, however it was taking an awful long time, circa 7 hours for a 70GB database, the Test one took approx 1 hour and thats 144GB.
I decided to stop the upgrade and revert back using the scripts that were created during the upgrade process, this seemed to go fine.
However, when I try and run the DBUA again, its telling me that the database has already been upgraded.
Looking in product_component_version, its still telling me they are 11.2.0.3
Any ideas?
