Oracle 11.2.0.2.0 Toad/sql developer session time out

Could you please help me on this....Recently we upgraded our database from 10.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.2.0...after upgrading to 11.2.0.2.0 we were facing a issue with toad/sql developer sessions were timed out after 30 mins of idle time...where as in all of our environments which were not upgraded to 11.2.0.2.0 we were not having this issue...after some hours idle time also still those are active...
I checked all the things related to sqlnet.ora but it is not helping me...there are no custom resource limit profiles and custom restrictions like that...checked from network and firewall settings also...no issue...why because all of our non-upgraded environments were fine with out any idle time disconnect issue...
But our client wants it to be working after hours of idle time also...Is this a security restriction or any new feature in 11g?
