Oracle 11.2.0.1 client install

Hi,

Have installed Oracle 11.2.0.1 64 bit client on WINDOWS 2008 server via universal installer and selected first option - client says successful but when look for netwrok/admin folder afterwards to put tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora file in don't see the network/admin folder. Also doesn't seem to be any bin folder with binaries.

Do we need to select a different install option to cllient o to get these folders created via the install procedure.
