Oracle 10gR2 x64 on Vista x64

548119Dec 2 2006 — edited Mar 18 2007
Hi,

I installed Windows Vista (The full release) on my 64 bit Athlon System. I did setup -ignoresysprereqs and it loaded up the install screen. I input where I want it to install and click next and it bombs.

Error is

"Unknown"
"Unknown"
"Unknown"

I'm trying to find a log file, like the installer usually puts in c:\temp and nothing. I know this is not supported "yet" but thought I might be able to tweak some things in Windows etc to get this to install. Is there anywhere Oracle puts a more recent log file that I am not aware of? Has anyone else had any luck trying to get x64 10g to install on x64 Vista?
