Oracle 10gr1, OpenVMS and migrate89.com

Hello,

We have installed Oracle 10gr1 successfully and we are now attempting to migrate our 8i databases to 10gr1 on our Alpha running OpenVMS. When we run migrate89.com (in the rdbms directory per the mention in readmemigvms.doc) we receive an ORATAB error that it doesn't exist. Per my understanding ORATAB doesn't exist in VMS. Anyone else have problems with migrate89.com? In addition if I try to create a dummy database using dbca.com I get an ORA-12532 TNS error
