Oracle 10g service unable to start -- access is denied

Dear Sir/Madam,

Oracle 10g database was installed and working with the Service "OracleServiceORCL1". The service and machine was started and database accesible. Over the weekend the machine was restarted and the Oarcle service is not being started. in the services --> OracleServiceORCL1 gives an error mentions "Access is denied"

Request to kindly let me know what needs to be done.

IS there something about the permisions of the folders which have been modified. Currently not logged as admin and for the services it was never a admin login done ..

Kindly advice or provide some insite as to what can be done to make the services up and runing.
