Oracle 10G R1: DATA MASKING

RDBMS: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.1.0.5.0

We would like to copy production data into non-production environments for the purposes of testing without risk of breaching sensitive information.
Oracle 11G provides ORACLE DATA MASKING PACK.

How can I do the same using Oracle 10gR1?
