Oracle 10g/Putty/Linux/Toad
I am a newbie so I need step by step help. I am getting some hands-on training on a development testing site. I have been given a tsnnames.ora file, a server acct using putty. I have a standalone installation of Oracle 10g on a desktop. I have Toad installed. Can someone give me instructions to get all these tools work together. I just need setup information so I can see the database using isqlplus.
