Oracle 10g installation error

when i start installation of oracle 10g ,select advanced installation and click on next i have face error

Abnormal Program Termination

Abnormal Program Termination.An internal error has occured.please provide the following files to Oracle Support.
"Unknown"
"Unknown"
"Unknown"

this is the error.please give me the solution.
