Oracle 10g installation error

Dear All;

I'm trying to install oracle 10g Release 2 on windows XP tablet edition but i'm receiving an error (and i believe it has no relation with the windows version)
a snapshot of the error is in:
http://www.leaguezoom.com/error.jpg

And a new event is added in the events application log saying:
Faulting application oui.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x706d6554.

Any help?
