Oracle 10g Installation, encountering error in creating database

Hi,

I'm installing oracle 10 r2 (10.2.0.5) in windows server 2012 r2. Installing software only, patch set 10.2.0.5 and is successfully completed without error but when I'm trying to create database using DBCA, I encountered this error. (ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [16305], [], [], [], [], [], [], []).

Can anyone also encountered this error and how did you resolved it.
