oracle 10g instal on linux exception unsatisfied link erro

I am trying to instal oracle 10g on redhat linux am getting an error like this how to solve this

[oracle@localhost ~]$ pwd
/home/oracle
[oracle@localhost ~]$ ../database/runInstaller
