Oracle 10g Express Edition

Hi Friends,

I have installed oracle10g express edition to our windows 2000
server which is named DBSERVER02. When I launch the database
login home page, I saw that the URL being called is
http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex but if I substituted it to the
server name like http://dbserver02:8080/apex the login home wont
launch or page can not be displayed, even using the the server's
IP addresss like http://193.167.0.2:8080/apex wont work.
Any help pls....
