Oracle 10g Enterpirse Hardware requirement for 50 concurrent users

Which are the minimum, Average and High-end HP Servers for Oracle 10g Enterprise for a new insurance company (1 year life)?

The Server will run on Linux and the Database will be accessed through another Oracle Application Server for 50 concurrent users.

Can you please let me know which HP servers are required ?
