Oracle 10g Database Express installation error 0x80040707

I have received error at installation Oracle 10g Express.
In the beginning at unpacking a package in InstallShield:

Unhandled exception.
Error number: 0x80040707
Description: Dll function call crashed: GetHostnamedll.GetHostname

Only in a Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard system.
Installation on Vista and XP passes is successful.
Now I do not have opportunity to stop a server and to understand the reasons of a problem. Unfortunately. Need decision.
