Oracle 10g and Vista

I have tried several times to download oracle vista version onto my windows vista operating system but to no avail, although I have a key for installation, I don't see any prompt to enable me enter my key to unlock the software. I am at a complete loss and I need this installed as soon as possible to enable me complete my assignment please help.
