Oracle 10g and apache server

Hi,

I have database 10g installed on my system. http://localhost:5500/em display the sqlplus screen.
but http://localhost:5500 displays the oc4j screen and not the default oracle http server screen.
I donot have apache folder in the oracle.
I installed the apache server for the windows and also installed the owa pkg in sys.. in the database.
How can i link this apache server to the oracle database and also how can i get the http server page through which i can set the DAD descriptor.
Could you please help me out.
