Oracle 10g(101202) installation on Windows7 32 bit machine

Hi,

Anyone have an idea about the compatibility of Oracle Developer suite 10g with Windows 7 professional 32 bit machine.
I have tried to install from ds_windows_x86_101202_disk1 and ds_windows_x86_101202_disk2 folders copied on the machine.
But its not properly installed as m not able to see Reports Builder and Forms Builder options.
Only Oracle Designer is the option which gives an error "oran10.dll file is missing. Try to re-install the application"??

Please help for the same.
