Oracle 10.2.0.4 for Linux x86_64 to download?

Hi people,

I am going to install the latest version of Oracle database 10g x86_64 on Oracle Linux.
Should I download 10.2.0.1 and then progressively upgrade it to 10.2.0.4?
Why Oracle database 10.2.0.4 Linux x86_64 is not available for direct download (as it use to be)?
