Orace UCM vs. Oracle IPM

What are the fundamental differences in capabilities/functionality between Oracle UCM and Oracle IPM? I understand UCM to be a true content management solution and IPM more geared towards high volume, imaging enablement; and both having independent repositories. But what are the variances in relation to the search, reporting, and security?
