ORABPEL-02152 Error

All,

I'm getting the following error often. Can anybody please let me know what could be the possible reasons?

ORABPEL-02152

Instance not found in datasource.
The process domain was unable to fetch the instance with key "aa50696879c3d110:2959ca51:11d617bf6b2:-7f59" from the datasource.
Please check that the instance key "aa50696879c3d110:2959ca51:11d617bf6b2:-7f59" refers to a valid instance that has been started and not removed from the process domain.
