ora_m000_<SID> background process consume CPU

Hi all,

I have just installed my GC and patched it up to 10.2.0.4. It works fine except for the CPU utilization.

From top I can see this ora_m000_<SID> eating up the CPU. My other database does not have this background process. So I looked through the documentation, forums and googled a bit but could not find anything related to it.

Appreciate if someone could shared some knowledge on this. TQ.
