ora_ixxx_sid process consuming more cpu in oracle 8i on solaris

Hi,

in my one of server ora_ixxx_sid consumes lot of cpu and degrade the performance of database any body have face the problem.

database version:8.1.7.0.0.

os:SunOS 5.9 Generic_118558-08 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-60

No of cpu:2

some of the initialization parameter :

db_writer_processes integer 1
dblink_encrypt_login boolean FALSE
dbwr_io_slaves integer 5
db_block_lru_latches integer 12
disk_asynch_io boolean FALSE
