Hello All,
Can someone help me out? I am new to EM and still fumbling my way thru all of this. I have 2 RAC 11Gr2 clusters added to my EM 12cR2 installation.
I keep getting these warnings in Incident Manager that I cannot clear about osa.gsd has 2 instances in OFFLINE state.
We don't have any v9 DBs in our shop so we have no use for GSD. Is there any way I can tell EM to not monitor this metric at all or remove it?
When i went to the cluster resources page and tried to remove the target, it says its is part of Oracle and cannot be removed. So i'm not sure what to do.
If i acknowledge the alert it still shows up in Incident Manager.
