ora.cssd not starting due to zero disk are discovering in discovery

Dear all,

I am using REHL 7.3 with GI 11.2.0.4 installed in it. when i restart my system status of resource 'ora.cssd' is showing starting from long time, and it hang on this state.

Please check screnshot of # crsctl stat res -t -init

Cssd is trying to discovery voting disk in discovery path ' /dev/sd* ' but it didnot find any voting disk in this path. Due to this it failed to find voting file.

Please check cssd.log attaced with it
