Hello guys.
We were configuring the backup routine by the Data Protector (HP) tool, and at the time of connection to the database the ORA-3113 error occurred in the tool. I entered the alert.log and identified the error ORA-07445: Exception found:
dump memory [PC: 0x2A591A8] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR: 0x7FFFFFFF8] [PC: 0x2A591A8] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []
The strangest thing is that I have an Oracle Fail Safe environment, and when the resources are on node02, the connection works properly. Only on node01 that the tool does not connect.
Other connections (applications, SQL Developer) connect correctly when the base is on node01.
I checked the binaries and patches and it's the same between the two.
Any troubleshooting tips?
We called on HP to support us as well.
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2
DB: Oracle Database 11gR2
