ORA-60019 on installation

Hi all,

when installing APEX 4.0.2 on Oracle 11.2.0.2.0 on CentOS 5.6 x86_64 (2.6.18-238.9.1.el5), I get the following error:

SQL> @apexins tbs_user tbs_user tbs_temp /i/
...

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-60019: Creating initial extent of size 8 in tablespace of extent size 14

I suspect this might be due to the configuation of the tablespace:

CREATE TABLESPACE TBS_USER DATAFILE 
  '+DATA/instat/datafile/tbs_user.259.748011237' SIZE 15360M AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT 1024M MAXSIZE UNLIMITED
LOGGING
ONLINE
PERMANENT
EXTENT MANAGEMENT LOCAL UNIFORM SIZE 256K
BLOCKSIZE 32K
SEGMENT SPACE MANAGEMENT AUTO
FLASHBACK ON;

Does anyone has an idea about that issue?
